The Jatropha development leading committee was established in FengShun Township Guangdong Province. Team leader is Li Zhongliang Township secretary, Deputy Team leaders are Li Mingchuan county magistrate, Luo Chao-hui acting county magistrate, Cheng Hsiung deputy county magistrate and Chairman Mr. Li Tie. The development committee is responsible for coordination and steering of the Company's Jatropha plantation principle development.
